The proposed development would be sited in isolation from the existing group of farm buildings, resulting in a spread of development away from the main group of agricultural buildings which would be detrimental to the character and special qualities of this part of the National Park. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary to the requirements of Policy F6 which requires that new agricultural buildings are located so that they are seen in the context of existing agricultural buildings.
