The proposal by reason of the extent of extensions proposed and the level of accommodation created would effectively reult in a new residential unit and significantly alter the character and appearance of this modest outbuilding. As such the proposed residential annexe would conflict with Local Plan Policy H10, which states that schemes must be designed to serve a long term ancillary function in connection with the man house and provide a level of accommodation compatible with it from within an existing building.
