The Local Planning Authority consider the proposed development would have an unacceptable impact on the historic or architectural character, setting, appearance or fabric of this Grade II Listed Building. The proposal is therefore contrary to the provisions of Policies BE3 and BE4 of the North York Moors Local Plan.
