If permitted it would represent the introduction of residential use into the countryside, which by reason of the activity levels, residential paraphernalia inseparable from such a use and undesirable precedent, it would be harmful to the amenities of the locality. As such, the proposed development is unacceptable as it would be contrary to Policies H4 and F2 of the adopted Local Plan which only permit new residential development in the open countryside where it has been proven to be essential to meet the needs of persons working in agriculture or forestry.
