Insufficient agricultural justification has been submitted to warrant the retention of this large building in a prominent position within the landscape of the National Park. In the absence of an overriding agricultural justification it is considered that the building represents unwanted sporadic development which is harmful to the natural beauty of this part of the NAtional Park and therefore conflicts with the provisions of saved Local Plan Policy F6.
