The Local Planning Authority considers that the level of alteration and extension proposed to achieve conversion to two dwellings would detrimentally affect the special architectural and historic interest of the building, and would not be in accordance with guidance contained within PPG15 and DP5 of the Local Development Framework.
Insufficient detail has been provided with the application to ensure that the internal treatment of the historic fabric will preserve the special historic and architectural interest of the building. As such the proposals would not be in accordance with guidance contained within PPG15 and DP5 of the Local Development Framework.
The Local Planning Authority considers that the design and form of the proposed extensions is detrimental to the appearance, fabric and form of the listed building and would not be in accordance with guidance contained within PPG15 and DP3 and DP5 of the Local Development Framework.
