The proposed feed bins, by reason of their height and prominent location would have an unacceptable adverse impact on the character and special qualities of this part of the National Park and would be contrary to Development Policy 12 of the North York Moors Local Development Framework.
In the view of the Local Planning Authority there is no demonstrated agricultural need for the feed bins as the building they were to serve has been refused planning permission. The proposal is therefore contrary to Development Policy 12 of the North York Moors Local Development Framework.
